maintenance warranties are issued on completion of our
surfacing works for the period quoted, ranging from three
to five years.
As part of these warranties we would carry out detailed
yearly site inspections to examine the condition of:- |

The general fabric of the surface course:
- texture
consistency
- surface abrasions or impact
damage
- reflective cracking
- rutting or deformation of base
materials
- potential damage from spilled
diesel fuel
and transmission oils

B. Ironwork:
- edge
damage
- check for settlement or movement

C. Joints:
- loss
of jointing compound
- fretting or breakdown
- reflective cracking
D. Service trenches:
- check
satisfactory repair or reinstatement
of trenches
